A Winter Proposal
Sal and Isabel were staying at the Ritz Carlton in Beaver Creek. The largest snowstorm in a long time was blasting Colorado and we had to shift our plans quickly. I had this location picked out near Leadville, but the snow was so deep that it was inaccessible.
Sale was a good sport and switched over quickly to Officer's Gulch near Frisco, Colorado.
"Did you know?" I asked Isabel.
"I had my suspicions!" She replied with a big smile on her face and some new icing on her finger. Looking at her fiancé with love and hope for the future.
