I am originally from Fredericksburg, Texas, and I love capturing love, laughter, and real moments for couples and families across the Western United States.
MY PHILOSOPHY
My heart is in making you feel completely at ease. If you tend to feel awkward or nervous in front of the camera, you are in good hands! Through easy games, genuine laughter, and maybe a little liquid courage, we will turn your session into a fun memory in itself. My biggest goal is for you to feel comfortable, relaxed, and genuinely thrilled when you see your photos.
MY BACKGROUND
My love for photography started back in high school in 2005, spending hours in the darkroom surrounded by film and classic techniques. I initially set out to study graphic design, but my curiosity about people led me to earn a degree in psychology, followed by a Master's degree in Project Management at Western Colorado University in Gunnison. No matter where my career took me, photography always remained the passion I kept coming back to.
Before launching my photography business full time, I spent years planning outdoor adventures for over 30,000 Girl Scouts across Central Texas. From guiding backpacking and paddle trips to organizing multi day adventure races, I learned how to lead and encourage people taking their very first steps into the outdoors. That experience taught me endless patience, care, and how to create a safe, joyful environment for everyone.
For the past five years, I have poured my soul into professional photography. I live for capturing honest, raw emotions and a touch of everyday romance. To me, portraits are more than just pictures—they are a way to hold onto the fleeting, precious moments that define our lives.
A few of my favorite things: Paddling on the water, exploring with my dog, cozying up with a good book, cooking for the people I love, and spending time at my home in Westcliffe, Colorado, or my family's ranch back in Texas.

She knows where the best cup of espresso is in every town she visits, and enjoys watercolor journaling her adventures.

I've have been in love with weddings since college, and everyone's Maid of Honor. I take charge during your wedding, taking care of those hard discussions, sticking to the schedule you worked so hard to create, and being the liaison between your other vendors during your wedding. You hire me because you don't want to have to wonder where I am during your wedding. You will have my personal cell number to talk through all the details, and always be my #1 priority.
